These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website and services provided by Inner World Travels and Inner World Labs, including all offerings on this site, in-person sessions, sound journeys, workshops, events, and the Co-Lab Space.

 

By using this website or booking any service through Inner World Travels or Inner World Labs, you agree to these terms in full.

 

 

2. Nature of Services

 

 

Inner World Travels offers non-medical, holistic services for relaxation, self-reflection, and personal development. These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health conditions and do not replace medical or psychological treatment.

 

The offerings include but are not limited to:

 

• Sound journeys and vibroacoustic experiences

• Breathwork and guided meditations

• Individual or group sessions

• Co-working and co-facilitation spaces for independent practitioners

 

 

All participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

 

 

3. Independent Practitioners

 

 

Inner World Labs hosts a Co-Lab Space that is made available to independent, self-employed facilitators. These practitioners operate under their own name, on their own account, and in full legal and professional responsibility for their services.

 

Inner World Travels and Inner World Labs only provide space and infrastructure and are not liable for the content, quality, outcomes, or data handling of sessions offered by independent providers.

Please consult the practitioner directly for their specific terms, qualifications, and privacy policies.

 

 

4. Booking & Payment

 

 

Sessions, events, or services can be booked via our website, by e-mail, or in person.

All bookings are binding once confirmed. Payment is due as indicated at the time of booking and must be completed prior to the session unless otherwise agreed.

 

Missed appointments without notice (no-show) may be charged in full.

 

 

5. Cancellations & Refunds

 

 

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for individual sessions and 48 hours in advance for group events or workshops.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

 

Refunds are only issued in case of cancellation by Inner World Travels or the respective practitioner.

 

 

6. Use of Space

 

 

Visitors and facilitators agree to treat all spaces, instruments, and installations with care and respect.

Any damage caused by negligence may result in compensation claims.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

 

Inner World Travels and Inner World Labs are not liable for:

 

• any personal injury or health issues resulting from participation,

• lost or stolen personal items,

• the content or outcomes of services provided by independent practitioners.

 

 

Participation in all services is at your own discretion and responsibility.

 

 

8. Data Protection

9. Changes to Terms
