Our Co-Lab: a shared workspace for practitioners

Centrally located in Switzerland’s busiest city, our Co-Lab offers space for those who wish to slow down and reconnect with themselves – and for those with the passion and skills to support others in doing so.

For this purpose, we provide a dedicated infrastructure with a focus on sound and resonance.

Our Inner World Co-Lab is located in the former “Kunstlabor” (ArtLab), a former art gallery. Here we offer independent practitioners a fully equipped environment where they can bring in their skills, their philosophy, and their creativity – surrounded by colorful, shimmering artworks.

Sound Lab

Our Sound Lab: A sound space for innovative methods.

In our SoundLab, a specially developed sound bed transmits the vibrations of strings, singing bowls, and gongs not only audibly, but directly to the entire body — bringing it into resonance with frequencies that may influence the nervous system and facilitate expanded states of awareness.

The vibroacoustic transmission of live-played gongs and singing bowls in this form is, to our knowledge, unique in Zurich – and possibly even across Switzerland.

The vibroacoustic stimulation on the sounded creates a feeling of floating, and can facilitate deeply relaxing, meditative states – even without prior meditation experience. Participants sometimes compare the experience to Epsom salt floatation tanks, though describing it as more immersive and personal.

Resonance Lab

Our Resonance Lab: A place for immersion and research

At the center of this space is a specially developed, extra-wide vibroacoustic sound bed, designed for the playback of soundtracks created for vibroacoustic therapy (VAT).

Here, vibroacoustic sessions can be booked not only in combination with techniques such as breathwork or hypnosis, but also with technological support such as binaural beats or LED light glasses for neurostimulation.

Our Resonance Lab serves as a space to explore how sound and vibration can engage the body and nervous system in resonance with other methods – for example, in combination with somatic and integrative practices, or with technological approaches that stimulate the vagus nerve or influence brainwave activity.

Events

Inner World Travels: Events for exploring Inner Worlds

In addition to individual vibroacoustic sound journeys, we also organize group formats such as gong and sound journeys, breathwork sessions, and workshops on various topics. Our events take place primarily at the Co-Lab or at selected locations in and around Zurich.

About us

Gong & Sound Journey square 362222.jpg

More about us, our philosophy and origins

Our Co-Lab, SoundLab and ResonanceLab grew out of a former art gallery shaped by the light works of the Swiss artist Heinrich Bobst. What once explored perception through light now continues through sound, vibration, and resonance. Read more about our story.

What participants say about their experiences

Most experiences in our SoundLab and Co-Lab spaces are as individual as the people who take part in them. While each journey is unique, there are certain aspects that many participants share. We invited some of them to reflect on their experiences to give you an idea of what you might expect.
