Float on sound and vibration in our
unique SoundLab

In our Sound Lab, a custom-built soundbed transmits the frequencies and vibrations of live-played instruments – gongs, singing bowls, and more – not just through the ears, but throughout the entire body. This vibroacoustic stimulation creates a feeling of floating, supports nervous system regulation, and can facilitate deeply relaxing, meditative states — no prior meditation experience required.

Often compared to floating in sensory deprivation tanks, this experience is more personal and goes deeper: a practitioner plays instruments designed for meditation, gently guiding you into a deeply immersive inner journey. Participants often describe a profound sense of relaxation, reduced stress, heightened body awareness, and a deep state of calm.

Sound and vibration in resonance with somatic practices

At the heart of our Resonance Lab is a uniquely wide vibroacoustic soundbed. Here practitioners can offer somatic and integrative work in combination with vibroacoustic support and modern neurostimulation techniques such as binaural beats, Hemi-Sync, or hypnagogic LED light glasses.

By combining somatic and integrative practices with sound, vibration, and neurostimulation, the nervous system is engaged on multiple levels simultaneously – lowering the threshold for deep relaxation and enhancing the body’s capacity to process and integrate experience. Sessions can be experienced solo or shared by two.

Join our Co-Lab for integrative and somatic practices

We are a collaborative space where independent practitioners bring together sound, vibration, and a range of somatic and integrative practices – exploring what becomes possible when they work in combination. That’s why we call our space a Lab. Sessions may include sound, vibration, breathwork, massage, reflexology, hypnosis and other integrative approaches.

More about us, our labs, work and philosophy

Our CoLab, SoundLab and SoundSpa grew out of a former art gallery shaped by the light works of the Swiss artist Heinrich Bobst. What once explored perception through light now continues through sound, vibration, and resonance.

What participants say about their experiences

Most experiences in our SoundLab and Co-Lab spaces are as individual as the people who take part in them. While each journey is unique, there are certain aspects that many participants share. We invited some of them to reflect on their experiences to give you an idea of what you might expect.
